How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and its territories. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities in the near future.
What is your return policy for apparel and glassware?
We accept returns on unworn apparel and unused glassware within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Are the glasses dishwasher safe?
Most of our glassware is dishwasher safe; however, we recommend hand-washing items with gold or silver rimming and delicate screen-printed logos to preserve their quality.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as digital payment options like PayPal and Apple Pay.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders immediately. You may cancel an order within 30 minutes of placement by contacting our support team, but modifications cannot be guaranteed once the order is in fulfillment.
